Integrating Mindfulness Training into K-12 Education: Fostering the Resilience of Teachers and Students
This paper provides a summary of the what, why, when, where, and how’s of integrating Mindfulness into education and includes brief summaries on existing programs. It was recently published on-line in Mindfulness (print publication forthcoming). It is a collaborative white paper by John Meiklejohn, Catherine Phillips, and colleagues.
