Dr. Phillips’ overall skill in workshop presentation is great. Her use of power point coupled with beautiful peaceful background slides and music provide a stage for feelings of calmness, preparation for being mindful. Dr. Phillips presents with a soothing, well modulated voice that is able to project loud enough for the audience to hear. Within her presentation, Dr. Phillips successfully engages the participants in discussion with her reflective, thought provoking questions about the concept of being mindful. I found the workshop to be well paced and I thoroughly enjoyed the engagement of being mindful, practising the skill to reinforce the information."
